  • To represent Youth Associations toward public authorities;
     
  • To promote and develop Youth Associations and, by this way, to increase youth participation in society;
     
  • To promote the experiences exchange between associations at local, regional, national and international level;
     
  • To affirm and assure the importance of Youth in the life of the region.

  • Youth Movement participation and leadership recognition for people under 18 years old;
     
  • Official procedures simplification for the Youth Associations;
     
  • Easy access and good relationship between the IPJ (Portuguese Youth Institute) and the Youth Associations;
     
  • Youth workers official recognition and training development;
     
  • Creation of a Youth Information Network based on local Youth Associations;
     
  • A substantial investment for the creation of substructures for young people and their Associations:
     
  • Larger youth participation and recognition of lesser than 18 youth associations liders (allready achieved);
     
  • Simplification of official procedures for youth associations (Simplification of relationships of youngers and government associations);
     
  • Achieve most effective co-management in areas related to actions of the Portuguese Youth Institute;
     
  • Creation and dinamization of Youth Regional Councils as simplifying platforms of youth participation on the definition of Youth politics on their communities;
     
  • Official Recognition of Youth Animation and development of their formation;
     
  • Creation of an Youth Information Network based on local Youth Associations;
     
  • Larger invesment for the creation of infrastructures for the youth and their associations.
